As with the tiltle of my thread my girlfriend is been indirectly bullied and excluded by this one woman where she works. It all started about 6 months ago when my girlfriends friend went out with this womans friend, whom she had been trying to set them up for ages.Anyways it didnt work out and ever since then this so called woman has been bitchy towards my girlfriend and her friend. To the extent my girlfriend is always moaning to me about it and i dont know what to do.Even last week she was made too cry after some of the aweful things this woman said to her.I feel so angry as i was bullied when i was younger and i basically hate it.Some of things this woman says to her are just plain nasty. Its just some of her little comments.Shes basically the type of person who hinks everything she does is right and wants the world to revolve around her.My girfriend has tryed complaining but the management where she works at believe this woman is a saint and she basically licks their arses. And it made things worse as this woman has made everyone in the office turn against these poor girls. This woman has the office where she works rapped round her little finger. What does one do as i hate to see my girlfriend unhappy as she loves her job and cant change it as shes on a work visa and doesnt plan to move back to the states till next year prob.

If management won't do anything print this out and tell your GF to show it to them.
Once legal action start to shake it's head, snort and paw the gound they may actually listen.

Does her company have a HR department? If so, they should be impartial. If no one will listen to her, she has grounds for complaints and should print out that link Sleipnir gave you.

She doesn't have to and SHOULDN'T put up with this type of bullying behaviour. If her company won't do anything, the law is on her side and they'll be pretty quick to sort it out then (no company wants to get sued).
