    officially, yes, its a pub and like any other its illegal to be in there after a certain time if your 18.. however the last time we did a gig there on a sunday night there were no bouncers, so unless you look really young you'd probably be ok. to get upstairs where the bands play go through the door immediately on your right as you enter the pub.
