Why No Interactive On NTL Digital?

    Can anyone explain to me in relatively easy to understand language why NTL have never introduced an interactive service on their Digital service here, while their British service has had one for a few years now?

    But we do have interactive you can change channels from the comfort of your own armchair with a new device called a remote control.
    This is cutting edge stuff from NTL Ireland.
    With Sky you just get to press the red button but on NTL you can press any button you like as many of them do nothing anyway what harm can it do?
    NTL interactive rocks :D

    I'm trying to presst the buttons! :)

    With my NTL Digital I just keep pressing them buttons - but the remote is sooooo unresponsive and erratic it's driving me nuts!
