    Hi,
    I bought a pair of fontopia earphones 71s I think they are, from amazon, less than a year ago and the right phone isn't working anymore, I bought another pair from amazon about 2 weeks ago and saw the guarantee slip with it. It says if I send the defected product with receipt to sony they will replace it. Now I don't have the receipt for the 1st pair (the broken ones) so does this mean I can't get a replacement? Or could I do the obvious?
    Any suggestions?

    Do the obvious, a pair of earphones should last longer than a year.

    update:
    Finally got around to sending them off, got a brand new pair today! although, they are white, attraction to muggers thinking I have an iPod!
