I just bought GeIL 1GB (2x512MB) PC3200 Value Dual Channel Kit CAS2.5 for £117 from OCuk. From what I heard on the OCuk forums its the best of the value ram for overclocking.

I just downloaded memtest and I should be overclocking later. I'll post my results.

i no alot a people dont like it but Corsair Value 3200 is 1 of the best value 4 money because it performs very well
