Problem with some Sky channels

Just wondering whether anyone had come across a problem where certain channels don't seem to work but the majority are fine.
Only TCM,E4 and E4+1 and Music Choice currently are giving trouble. The picture breaks up fairly frequently and completely screwed up on Music Choice. Sound disappears as well. I have tried powering down the box for 5 mins and then re-starting and sometimes this clears the problem for a while.
But it comes back again. What I find strange is that the interactive services e.g. Sky Sports etc work fine.
Should I give Sky a buzz? If anyone has come across this would like to hear how it was resolved.0
