    I'm renting house on Green Road [opposite college <5mins walk from college].
    Students have never rented this house before [belonged to old woman], so is in perfect condition, a little old fashioned, but still very nice.

    There are 4 rooms, 2 Large upstairs [taken], a small[ish] room upstairs [little bigger than a box room], and the dining room will be used as a bedroom also - which i quite large.

    Electric shower etc [2 showers in house], nice kitchen etc.
    To be honest, the house is damn good - and we were very lucky to get it.
    There are 2 free rooms, rent will be 70 per week.

    House in perfect condition, good area, however landlord does not want 1st years [prefably 3rd or 4th years].

    Broadband will be gotten asap, which I'm organising, and I'm unsure of price of that yet, it won't be too much though.

    just making sure, cause on the list it says southern gardens

    Your Not.
    It's not on the housing list [For reasons I won't go into here].
    Anyway, I'd like to keep this thread on course ...
    I find it hard to express just how damn nice the house is heh.
