Hi im new to the board, So I hope this post hasnt been seen before.

Im looking for some resonably price DVDR media, can anyone recommend an Irish based seller, preferably Dublin , but if not, that do a delivery service. If there arent any good Local ones , ones from England / Europe will do.

    Thanks

    Jon

    Ok no probs....

If your buying in bulk the best is prob.... www.blankdiscshop.co.uk

If your buying 25-100 then www.pricestorm.com is cheapest because of free delivery.

Another one to check out (which is very cheap and in euro's) is ....... http://www.nierle5.com/s01.php?sid=PG001001027464103741034410374103&cur=eur&sp=en&ag=1

    Thanks for the quick reply..

Do you or anyone else using this board think that there is a market in reselling DVDR , buying in bulk from the likes of the Blankdiskshop and putting a small mark up , such as €4/5 per 25 Tub ?

    Any ideas welcome

    Jon

Very hard area to get into TBH, yes and no. Its hard to compete with places like pricestorm for small ammounts, and almost impossible to compete with blankdiscshop.

The market is always changing, prices are always going down. Theres also compatability issues and burn quality with some discs and burners are problems........

Possibly but you would want to be well setup. Prob not worth the hassle IMO.

I agree with you 100% about blankdiscshop, there is no way to compete with it , But I have a feeling there maybe a market against pricestorm , as when i buy disks it annoys me that I have to send money over to England and wait 4 days for delivery, when I should beable to buy it locally. Time to look more into and get the calculator out :)
