Jes order--I'm slightly confused..

    Right I've put through an order for a few bits from jes, put the money through last monday and the order through last wednesday. Now in my account, the order status says "Pending". So I emailed jes asking what was up because surely the money would've gone through by now. They replied by saying my order was already on the way to me. Now it may just be a case that I've mistook "Pending" for meaing "Sent out but not yet delivered" but i always took "Pending" to mean: "Hasn't been sent out yet". Can someone clear this up? And one more thing, I can't find a tracking number of any sort, any ideas how I get one or should I already have gotten one?

    When they dispatched my order there was a tracking number in the notification email - it was pending for a few days before dispatch..

    you should see delivered when order has been sent make sure you email them for the GLS tracking number- use gls.ie to track the package and not the german one ;)
