PCI to AGP adapter?

    Righto, I haven't got enough PCI slots in my machine, and it'll be a while before I manage to upgrade my motherboard.

    My GFX card is PCI, but I have an AGP slot, is there any kind of adapter available to allow me plug the card into the AGP slot, or are they far too different?

    yeah... isn't the most powerful pci card at the moment a raddy 9200?

    if a device such as the one you're looking for actually existed (i've never heard of one myself) you'd be looking at €20+
    just spend €50 or so on an agp card instead

    what do u need the extra pci slot for?
    maybe u can get a usb version of the device

    Heh, I need it for a USB2.0 card, ironically enough.

    Nah, I need the card cos my machine has only got USB1.1.

    As tman says, if such a thing did exist it would probably be stupidly expensive for what it is. Strangely enough, there's someone on FS selling the AGP version of my exact GFX card for €25, so something like that is probably the best bet.
