Yes they do say yoyos - it's to appeal to the yoof.

What do they call yoyos though?

This ringtones thing is ridiculous. The idea of a ringtone is to alert you to the fact that someone is trying to contact you, not to listen to it. If you want to listen to music, turn on your radio!

Theses ****ing ads are doing my ****ing head in. Why do I have to watch a hippo dance around the screen, and why do I have to see a rhino pulling it arse cheeks apart while wearing a thong.

Because it is an EXTREMELY profitable "service" even more so than all the other rip-off premium rate chat lines / fortune telling / scam-of-the-week crap. I really couldn't give a damn about any of them apart from the ads, if people are so intent on throwing their money away you can hardly blame the opportunists that take it.

I came across a website from some guy that would take a music file and turn it into a ringtone then message it to your phone for the price of a standard text message or something along those lines, I couldn't give a toss about ringtones so I didn't really read it properly. If I can remember the link I'll post it, if anyone is bothered.

Anyone who pays €4-€6 for those ringtones is an idiot. Especially when you can get them for free from http://www.polyphonicringtonez.com/

There are maybe 12 or more music channels on sky digital (can't be arsed working out an exact figure.) Almost all of the advertising now is for ringtones. It must be massively profitable. It is also massively irritating.

Maybe MTV need the money, cause all they seem to do is make **** shows that cost them money. They should just go back to showing music.

MTV doesn't show music because that's what MTV Hits, MTV 2, MTV base, etc. are for. But they don't realise that in Ireland, those without digital only get MTV.

You do realise what MTV stands for? [HINT]The M stands for Music[HINT] Because that is at the heart of why people are constantly saying "why is there no feckin' music on MTV anymore?".

sadly, ringtone sales is now actually higer then singles sales, making ringtones a bigger business worldwide.

The ringtone chart is more important, which disgusts me tbh.

those ads are the most annoying things EVER invented.
