Hi all, I'm thinking of splurging on a 6800GT today. I know many of you may have done the same very recently so I'm here for advice. I want to order soon from a place that has them in stock at a good price. It must also be a good brand (I've heard of BIOS problems on the Gigabyte boards?)

www.over-clock.co.uk are worth a try, they have some in stock. I think tekheads.co.uk have a few aswell.

    Arigatou Koneko-chan :)

Seriously though, thanks for the links. Both stock the Galaxy Glacier which has 2.0ns RAM and already carries an Artic Cooler Ver 4. I'm seriously thinking of getting this card now.

Out of tekheads.co.uk, over-clock.co.uk and overclockers.co.uk, what would people recommend?

    I'd recommend against overclockers.co.uk

They dont have any GT cards in stock (despite what their site says) and they take their sweet effing time responding to e-mails (so you have no way of contacting them - their phone number goes to an automated message and hangs up!).

Thanks again for the advice. I'm thinking of going with Over-Clock and Parcel Force as the delivery company.

Oh the other one I forgot (the names are confusing sometimes) are www.overclock.co.uk

I think they're getting some cards in tomorrow, might be a good option too.

    Stupid question time but....

is it not better to go for 1.6ns based cards over the 2.0ns based cards?

I thought only the ultras had 1.6ns RAM?

I've ordered the Galaxy Glacier from Over-Clock
