Clicksilver 2 Whats Next?

Okay the service is not what we paid for so what next? On the support newsgroup and the other thread a number of questions have been posted regarding taking action.

Can we get "money off" ie free months if we stay and things improve as promised?

Can we leave without incuring penalities if the stated service has not been
fullilled by UTV? Esp as they have admitted to that fact?

I'd like to apologise for the delay in getting our bandwidth upgraded. Unfortunately this has taken much longer from the date of order than would normally be expected. As we are dealing with a number of providers it can be difficult to speed up the process but I can assure you that the team here have this as their highest priority.

Should we write a collective letter? Start a petition which can be linked to from anywhere and aggitate on every and any Irish forum/message board we can think of? An e-mail campaign to the media to highlight this failing in the Celtic Sloths infrastructure?

If anyone has any good ideas....

Just as an aside.. email and online petitions generally aren't worth the paper they're written on.

7.3 UTV Internet shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement in the event
that:
(a) the contract between UTV Internet and Eircom or other authorised
operator enabling UTV Internet to provide the Service is terminated;
(b) the service provided to UTV Internet by Eircom or other authorised
operator is not of the quality deemed by UTV Internet to be appropriate to
provide the Services;
e) if for technical reasons it is not possible to provide the Service.
7.4 If any of the events detailed in 7.2 occur as a result of your default,
UTV Internet may suspend the Service without prejudice to its right to
terminate this Agreement. Where the Service is suspended under this Clause
7.4 you must pay all the Charges due in respect of the Service until this
Agreement is terminated.

Its not technical because they knew with all the extra people joining they
would need extra bandwit...they are not providing the service i was talkin
to a friend sister she is a solicitor she said everyone should be able to
get out of the contract because of this.if i am wrong fair enough,but if i
am right by Utv.
