    Does anyone know of a webpage I can upload an .mp3 too?
    Its just under a MB, and then link it boards.ie?

    There are lots, www.741.com gives you 100MB of free hosting, the catch is if you use it as a homepage there is an advertising banner across the top, but is would be perfect for hosting stuff that you want to link to.

    Of course, hosting companies may not look kindly on MP3 files, regagardless of there legality, so you may have to look around.
