Head over to anandtech to check out there reviews on graphics cards and cpus to be used on doom III. Seems the 6800 Ultra is the card that rocks the house in this. But I nearly wet myself when I saw the AMD 64 3000 piss on the P4 3.2 Extreme Edition.
