    Hi there
I'm planning on starting the South Beach Diet on Monday.
Just wondering if anyone else has tried it and how they found it??

i got a mini-version of the book free with a magazine and i tried it just to see what it was like, but i stopped after like 2 days, it was just too fecking hard..it's not as strict as the atkin's diet but is still hell for me.and really once you go back to eating normally ,you put all the weight back on again.i do think really though, thats its only for really fat people, that are like morbidly obese and cannot exercise without getting a heart-attack. if you are like me and just want tone up and just lose that extra pound, etc, just take up exercise and eat healthier. that's what i did and i'm feeling much better now.
