(mpegs to vcd) and (vcd to dvd)

    IS it possible to do this as have mpegs I wanna make fight clips videos out of and also what software would ya need many thanks

    I can just burn mpegs to a cd using nero or whatever and my dvd player plays them as vcds.. Its nothing special not even region-free just has vcd support..

    Most, if not all, CD burners and DVD burners come with some sort of burning software. Video CDs are in Mpeg format, so as Repli said, you should have no problem burning vcds, most software should do it.

    One point to note, and this seems to catch a lot of people (myself included) - most domestic DVD players that play Video CDs wont play CD-Rs, you may have to put it onto CD-RW. It seems to be a primitive form of anti-piracy seeing as most pirate video cd's come on CD-Rs.
