A lot of celebrities and people with money to burn attribute their slim toned physiques to it. I'm not one to spend thousands of €'s on personal training but they also have a fitness manual and video that I'm considering investing in. They have hundreds of testimonials and press reprots on their site so they seem to be doing something right.

Has anyone used it?
