I'm trying to get to www.nu2.nu.
It works fine from work but does not work at home now.
My Eircom IP is currently 83.70.68.*

It's not an "eircom" problem, in the sense that it's not something that they can fix. As I understand it, they were assigned a new block of IP addresses and some routers out there are still pointing at the old destination for that block. There isn't anything that eircom can do to resolve that.
