    Try to avoid a pet shop for a rabbit hutch, they're usually far too small and *very* overpriced. You'd be much better off building one yourself. If you decide to do that, make sure to use hardwood and make sure the hutch is tall enough for the rabbit to stand on its hind legs without banging its head. Or you could see if a local carpenter would make one for you.
    We used to build runs for our rabbits as well, we'd attach them to the hutch so the rabbit can go in and out as it pleases.
