Im hoping to take up a new sport in the coming weeks, so can anyone advise me on a good athletics club near waterford that would take on a complete beginner?
    Thanks!

Any good club should be able to cater for a beginner although different clubs suit different people for different reasons, like in any sport. West Waterford and Ferrybank are the two clubs that come to my mind in Waterford, although there's probably quite a few others that I can't recall. The AAI offices should be able to provide you with a list. http://www.athleticsireland.ie/contactaai.htm
