I think that the Flav wields too much influence within the sport, there is a definate clash of interests as he is both a team principle and a manger of drivers outside of his own team, I think he should only be allowed to do one or the other, Opinions?

Not really, most of the drivers he manages are for the benefit of Renault , hes looking after his team really. If you look at the drivers hes been a manager too they've mostly started their careers with "lowly" teams on 1 year deals no pretence there. Also the other other team principles don't seen to mind too much.

I think a lot of drivers wouldnt be where they are without him alright.. but as
devilman said, the drivers he manages are mostly for renault and were just
    starting out in F1..

I think he's a character and they need some like that in F1 as its getting too
rigid and predictable.. Without people like Briatore and EJ, where would the sport
    be?

Of course he has got too much power.
What I don't get is why Renault, who pump all those millions into the team, lets him mess the drivers around as he does.

You'll see Trulli tail off for the rest of the season, mark my words. It's Alex Wurz all over again. Remember the way he was treated? Shocking imo.

Having said that, I think that Fisichella is the better racer of the two. Trulli has never really got it together during the race, with a few exceptions.
