Easy way to six pack!

    I saw this on a televison show and a personal trainer was showing a person how to exercise their abs. I tried it and have noticed much definition in just a few days to weeks.

    I am thin and don't have much fat around my stomach, so this will probably not work for the no thin people, but I don't know.

    SO. Stand and take a deep breath in. Then while you exhale contract your stomach and hold on contracting until after you have exhaled all the way. Do this 10 times a few times each day and you will notice the difference.

    Also quick breathing in and out while contracting your stomach muscles while breathing out will exercise them too.

    This is a yoga technique I believe and is to do with creating a bigger vacum. It can be effective but the bottom line here is that a proper 6 pack is made up of muscle and any fat will obscure it from view.
