Aparently there are some bold people who are giving us access to pre airs. I hear roumers that "vidio tapes" of SGA episode 3 where avalyble on thursday. i didnt get 1 myself cause, i didnt know anything about this. Is this true or not cause i actually didnt see anything about SGA or SG1 pre-airs.

As i recall 2 episodes of ENT where avalable before they where shown on TV last season. I assume pre airs are ppl who work at the TV network in question.

I said this a few months ago with ENT. Pre airs are bad because it lowers the ratings in the US. If all the us ppl can download a episode a day or more in advance they wont watch it when it is on TV.

So is there any truth in SGA pre airs? i dont want a link or anything im just wondering have any of u come across it i think that guy was lying to me

I've certainly seen nothing in this case. Sometimes you get these pre-airs for the first few episodes of a season - this is because they're handed out to critics, etc. so they can get a taste of the season to come. However, from what I remember, mostly the TV stations only get the show the night before it airs, with strict controls in place. Cable channels - which don't have multiple outlets like the big main networks - are even less likely then to have a leak.
Having said that, the first five episodes of Dead Like Me's second season have been available before even the first episode aired...

Also I think some shows are broadcasted to the regional tv stations a day or 2 before hand and if you have an antenna/satellite dish in the right place and set up right you can watch it, capture it and then obviously encode it down to a nice size and up it on a bittorrent site.
