Not sure if this is the proper forum but can anyone tell me if its possible to target the links in commercial newsfeeds to open in a new window or is that decided by the address code of the feed itself?

I don't think I follow... Are you writing a website that hooks into an XML feed? I assume your using PHP\ASP\something similar?
