Changing contract name

    We have eircom bb in my office here. Its registered in another companys name and we want to get it (and the phone lines) switched over to our name. Rang Eircom about it and they said they will have to cancel the DSL and renew it - downtime from 10 to 15 days.

    This frankly is a bit unacceptable. Werent Comreg supposed to be doing something about this? Any way around this downtime?
