    StoneOcean with Support from Strawberry and Wicker are set to play Eamonn Dorans on Saturday the 31st of July. Admission / tickets are 10euro but if you print the flyer below you'll get a 2euro off.

    Don't you just hate it when the sole reason someone signs up to boards is to advertise themselves? Or to rip people off selling tickets for oxegen and the like? Well, I hate it. Despite this, I happen to be the lead singer in Strawberry, who are great (altough obviously not great enough to get their name on the posters/flyers, thanks glenn). as such, if you can go along and have eight euro that you really need to get rid of, come early, before you have to pay at the door, and get yourself two pints. I guarantee you our band is good. But don't just take my word for it, link below.

    I know their manager and he's a regular poster on here under another nick. I don't see what's wrong with them having their own nick on here, nor do I see what the problem is with them signing up purely to promote their gig - this *is* the gigs/events forum ya know :)

    Why don't you guys try promoting the gig yourselves?
    Hey, you guys were great at StoneOcean's last gig - I would never have heard of you if I hadn't attended that gig, and the online tracks are great btw (no website???)

    Thanks Visigoth, I'm glad you liked the tracks and the live show. No website I'm afraid because we're awful lazy bastards, though I'm sure we'll have something by the end of the summer. We don't play that often either, and unfortunately due to obvious reasons we've been pulled from Saturday's gig. 'tis a pity, but there you go. I'll pm you next time we're playing, and when we complete the new tracks we're recording i'll send you the link. ditto if we get a website up and running.

    In the meantime, enjoy Stone Ocean on saturday.

    i'm not bitter though, I'm just tired :)
