Screen goes black

    I dont know whats going on with my rig. All I can think of is that the last thing I installed was Omega driver for catalyst 4.7. Everything seems to be going fine until yesterday when I was playing Far Cry and all of the sudden, my screen goes blue and the my pc hangs. Its an empty blue screen. I press the reset button and off I went again.
    Today same thing happened. While playing Far Cry, blue screen appreared and now when I press the reset button, nothing is on my screen. My pc starts as all the fan and lights are on. I dont get any error sound from my mobo. I have to switch off everything and try switching it on another 20-30 minutes. Its fine again but the moment I restart my pc, black screen happened again. This time it took 1-2 hours before I can get something on my screen. I dont want to reboot again because I dont know how long before its okay again.
    Anyone knows why this is happening?

    Try switching back to cats. It may well be the vga drivers.

    If your getting no beeps then I doubt it's a hardware problem.
