could this possibly have been kbdj.dll

    as in c:/windows/system32/kbdj.dll?

Just had this problem in work and took me a few hours to fix it. But I have.

Ill link you to the solution I used in one second.

if you read through that it gives you the perfect solution.

basically use that registrar lite program to delete the appinit_dlls value in the windows folder of the registry. you have to rename the windows folder before you do it, then name the folder back.

if this isnt the problem you are having then sorry for wasting your time.
