Sky's Refer a friend €30 Voucher deal problems

Hi, In march this year - I recommended one of my friends to the Sky refer a friend deal. For that my friend got Sky installed in Dublin for €1 & both myself & my friend were supposed to get €30 of Dunnes Stores Vouchers each within 28 days. That was mid march - now its mid july. Hi,

In march this year - I recommended one of my friends to the Sky refer a friend deal.
For that my friend got Sky installed in Dublin for €1 & both myself & my friend were supposed to get €30 of Dunnes Stores Vouchers each within 28 days.

That was mid march - now its mid july.

Despite 5 calls to the Refer a Friend update line 1890 923 935 - I am continuously being fobbed off with "sorry vouchers are still out of stock".

Has anyone else had similar problems or have they had to write to Sky Customer Complaints Dept to prpgress things further ?

I thought the other person only gets €30 voucher if they get sky+ installed?
