First of try clicking "Refresh List" - if that doesn't work, make sure your "Source = Internet" and "Gametype = All". Also, check your filters to make sure you're not filtering out those without passwords aswell as those with passwords.

I'd also recommend getting The All Seeing Eye as it makes finding servers a lot easier.
