VB.Net Course

I've got to get up to speed on VB.Net pretty sharpish and having never done Visual Basic before or any .Net stuff I think I could do with going on a decent intensive training course. It'd need to cover the basics well and include ADO.Net [and probably a few other important elements of the .Net framework].

    Any recommendations??

P.S. I heard that Calyx do one - http://tinyurl.com/5lwgm but it doesn't seem to cover ADO.Net. And what are Calyx like for training in general?
