    In an article on the RTE website about the recent screwups by the mobile companies the following stands out.

    ComReg chairperson John Doherty said: "ComReg has a statutory duty to protect the consumer interest. "

    Not the experience of many on these boards, perhaps John might want to spread the word to his underlings.

    Just saw a report on TV3 about an EsatBT cock-up with billing, it's something that we've all been familar with for a long time now. Why has it taken so long to filter down to the news agencies?
