Unlocking a phone that's locked

    I'm trying to find out how to unlock a Nokia N-gage. Mine is second hand and the guy that had it before me tried too many times and it's now locked. I don't know what to do now but would appreciate if anybody knew what to do. Thanks!

    I'm not sure what you mean by locked, do you mean sim blocked as in it will only take one network or the phone asks for a PUK code when you turn it on.

    If its the latter you need to ring your network with details of whoever is registered on that sims number or get a new sim card.

    He means unlocking it from the network and the person who had it before tried 5 times and failed so its now very difficult to unlock.

    As far as i know, the only way to unlock it now is with a data cable.
