O2's online services - abysmal security

Funny how sometimes even the least knowledgable can break open things by dumb luck.

A mate of mine pointed something out to me. Now this man knows very little about computers. He's comfortable using them, but doesn't know anything about them.
He went to the O2 website to send some free texts...

Then it asks to change the password online! Happy days! That's like seeing a guy break into a house, ask him if he'd like to show you his proof of ownership, or if he'd like to just go right on ahead and have you replace the lock for him.

With these lax measures in place, beware o2 customers - There's as good as zero security in place for your online account.

ive noticed that too, loads of times when i log in im looking at somebodys else phonebook etc. etc.

lax isnt the word...

on top of that its quite annoying as some of my numbers the only place i have them is stored on there and i cant get to them
