Which corolla is the 1.4L? The 98model or the 00?

Is the `98 2door corolla a 1.3 or 1.4. I believe the newer of the old models (not including the new `02 yoke) was a 1.4 but not sure which. Was the `97/98 model the 1.4 and the `00 was the 1.3? OR was the 97/98 the 1.3? Anyone know?

The facelifted Corolla (introduced around 1999/2000) has a 1.4. The pre facelift one (introduced 1996/97) has a 1.3. The pre facelift is the one with the single round headlights, the post facelift has twin headlights under a kind of rectangular cover.

The single Lighted ones only look good on the Hatchback IMO. Get the 2000 One
