I know its a long shot but have you tried looking in your system's cache?
I wanted to save a quicktime file that was streaming in I.E. Couldn't find any program that would do it so i popped into I.E's cache; did a search for quicktime files; found it and saved it.:)

Try a programme called hidownload (free, on google)
Lots of sites will be protected against it though. If not just right click on the streaming footage and click download with hidownload.

    Should do the job.
