Pretty good line-up. Would go to see soulwax and arrested development. Showing the football on a big screen but would have to see who i'd miss by watching it.

Saw super furry animals at wittness, really trippy stuff. Showed their weird music videos (which are quite good) on the tv screen (also clips of Stallin lip syncing lyrics from the song "the man don't give a f*ck) and at one point the lead singer was wearing this weird alien power ranger helmet (with red overalls), bopping up and down to techno music. Good show anyway!

Since I was a kid I've been a huge Beatles fan and I never thought any band could ever better them. But recently I've come realise that I prefer the Super Furry Animals. Now I know not many people will agree with that, but that's how much I rate them. Obviously I'm gonna be there. Can't wait.

I is a terrible terrible woefully dreadful album. But I have faith in his other ones, to bring at least one more good / bareable album.

    Go'wan the Kittster.....

Not that cool at all, Apres Match is some of the worst comedy I have ever seen. I'd rather watch Sinbad!!!

lads does anyone know the venue or what kind of a setup they have there?
ive never heard of any other things going on there...is it just a big field like?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,008 ✭✭✭rabbitinlights

I Think its 1 main outdoor stage with 2 Large marquee's and another stage for the match and comedy. Its a massive place but not too sure if it will be fully open to us, Id imagine most of the areas will be sealed off? But it a really nice place, not just a field like oxegen etc. Any one know how the tickets are going? its not gonna take long for 15,000 to sell. im sure there will be a few people who missed out on Oxegen who will not wait till the last min to buy!

    Cant wait!

    Sean
