TENT ID at Oxygen

I hear theres 40,000 people camping at Oxgen this year, which brings me to the point, how are people going to identify their tents?

I was thinking of spray painting a florecent X on mine.

Are there any like-minded people out there or am i on my own with this one?

It's best to try have a rough idea of where you left it (generally they don't move too far). Try putting it up when you're not too drunk or stoned.

If you really get stuck wait til everyone else leaves and you'll figure out which one is yours by process of elimination...

Judging by the gale winds britains been gettin...I was thinking of bringing a kite , I got one in the pound shop the other day.No way it will be robbed,Its gonna be knotted and knotted and hair gel all over the string.
Whatdya think? Or theres a game going with these guys on the oxegen site and they got a pirate flag, and if you get it,youve to fly it over your tent,until someone else gets it! Twill be fun me thinks.Make a flag of somesort!! When your on your way into the site..it will be a mass of people...so maybe it IS a good idea...

every year i go i get big black markers and write something funny/witty/smutty on me and they i get really drunk n the sun gets really hot so monday i realise that i have sunburned in the words...and it stays with me for ages!!

but then they go and change the name so now i cant have witnness this written on my chest with big arrows point southwards!!

but getting back to the tent thing.....i am decorating mine in some usual crazy fashion again this year....

Thats a great idea for the flag, so maybe we could have the same fun with your kite. knots and hair gel!....hmmmmm, that'll really gonna stop people robbing you kite!

Going down to the GGI festival we popped into Supervalu who were having some birthday thing, so we filled the car with helium balloons and attacthed them to our tent.

There is a simple solution rob a couple of lengths of fence and place it around your tent its great for keeping fools away and flattening any one who has the mis-fortune of camping around you .
