well firstly we'll just clear up you do mean photoshop and not paint shop pro.....

what the's the image for...? do you need it as an actual vector file of just a vector look

erm do you have any vector progs, photoshop ain't one... do you have croel draw paint shop pro, freehand adobe illustrator???

ummm... come back to us with that

i dunno you could trace over in selctions or i know freehand has a trace tool that you turn images into vector???

im most familar with freehand.... 9

theres a trace option which should be on your main toolbox...

you can just paste or import a jpg or something and highlight it and trace hey presto its vectoried , there's alot of options on it you need to choose outline or center outline to get shapes rather then lines and then you can mess with the amount of colours, resolution and tolerance to get the look you want....

it looks good but sometimes can produced wierd results and it creates numerous layers of colour/shapes which are hard to play with afterwards ...

you could do this get the image in photoshop and posterize, or reduced it down to say 10 colours then you can import that into a vector prog and trace over it yourself with vectors shapes covering area of similar colour or tone... tha'llt looks nice too

    does that sound rights guys?
