Definitely take in a few days in Doolin, Co. Clare. The place is small, but it's got oodles of B&B's and Hostels. I love it there, and it's close enough to visit the Cliffs of Moher, and the Aliwee Caves. You can go sightseeing around the Burren aswell. At night, you can take in the local trad sessions and get pished with the tourists.

Definately spend sometime going around Kerry - some really nice palces around there.

Galway city is really good for restaurants - they also have a really good market on Saturday mornings.
