Could they make the "Zen touch" look more like the iPod?

Always through the Ipuke looked a bit poxy myself. Side's only nerd's use em and there sound quality is inferior to both Zen and IRiver.

Bear in mind Tusky that a new Iriver is just about to be released. Now it looks crap imho but I think it blows both the Zen(I wub my Zen) and the Ipuke (what dosent blow the Ipuke away?) away features wise.

    "Store Data Files
Included software lets you drag-and-drop data and music files to and from your Creative Zen Touch inside Windows Explorer "
I found that information here: http://us.creative.com/products/product.asp?product=10274

It's a bit of a grey area but it seems to me like one would still have to install a program to drag and drop data files, I wouldn't buy it on looks and the touch thing is ok to use and probably won't break but it's just plagerising what apple have done.

It doesn't look like it'll be out for a while yet Tusky, I haven't seen a black hp140 in any shop, but the pics look fantastic.

Iriver say they have this on sale now. I like the colour screen, I'm not sure about the carbon fibreyness.

You install a driver for the nomad zen so that windows see's it as a removable hard drive. You can then use explorer to move files ro and from the zen :D

i think the idea behind the touch is that it is automagically recognised as removeable storage, just like a USB memory stick.

360 euros...oh dear... I was about to spend 380 on the ihp140...rekon i should go ahead with it ?

I haven't seen the hp300 on sale anywhere, if I had the choice I'd spend the extra that the colour screen option will cost, the LCD screen it going to look old very fast as it has already on phones. I think a few of the lads saw the 140 going cheaper than 380 in various places like harvey norman/peats for the 120.

cheaper ? hmmm anyone know where ?

omg! The zen touch yokey has got 24hour battery life. That in itself is well worth it!

Iriver stuff is always expensive but good quality! I got the slimX and it is possiblty one of my best ever purchases, sony ericsson t630 is my best buy to date!

anyway at the end of the day there is a price threshhold on these things and they know the market is tight and i think thats why it came out in the nordic area first!

"connect it to the H300 and transfer the images from the camera to the H300"

    for digital photographers thats handy!
