The 4 min e3 video can be got from here as well. Its well worth a look as it shows a lot of the new features in it.

Some new features include being able to finally kill enemies such cutting the enemies with knives and cutting paper wall, breakinig the necks of your enemies and in co-op being able to help each other climb and jump higher by using one annother, it's amazing.
