My friend was working for a company ( qualitas) in the republic and while she eventually got a pps number she never handed it into the company and then left the country. They said that they sent her p45 to her house in Blackpool 4 different times but alas she never recieved it. She has payslips from the company. What are her options, i am living in dublin and can do anything on her behalf if your advise says so, thank you :)

Why does she need it in the UK?

Forgot to say that you can apply directly to the tax office for stuff like that. E,g, if you don't want your current employer to know what you used to earn then you can get some sort of form from the tax office that has the same info less your wage details.

    P.S.
You should probably remove the company name - there's no need to identify your freind.
