newsgroups - retention

    hi , first post here :0

    so as per topic ?

    does eircom , or any irish isp, offer any retention of binaries on newsgroups?
    ive searched around a bit and information seems scarce, for obvious reasons i guess.

    basically ive tried using the newsgroups every now and then only to get nowt from em.

    im not looking for any pay servers just wondering if anyone knows how long ive got before eicom clears out the goods from there news server ;)

    They dont host alt.binaries if thats what you mean
