Where to get SCSI CD-R/RW drives?

I'm having real trouble finding an external SCSI CD-R/RW drive for a digital studio I bought.

The only one's I can find seem to be far to expensive. Like this one; Tascam 788 CDR burner
Any help would be great.

Can u not use a firewire or usb cd/rw?

I know where theres a new internal scsi unit but would have to check the price if your interested...regds kieran

I can get you a new firewire burner i think there about €60 or so.

No can't use firewire or USB2.0/1.1 it's not for a pc. It's for a digital 8 track studio I bought. It can be connected up to an external CD burner but only using a SCSI connection.

Try looking on apple mac sites, most older macs came with scsi controllers and drives, don't know about new ones.
