Overwritten Excel File

Excel 2002 SP3, Windows XP Pro I overwrote a file and pressed save. Stupid - no backup. Is there anywhere there would be the like of a history or temp file? Computer not switched off since. :confused:

possibly in mydocuments/localsettings/temp Will have to go into folder options and uncheck hide system files to get there.

It alsy may not be called whatever.xls but somfin like 12545453435.xls
Open them all.
