What is best way to show this ?

From oldest to newest ot newest to oldest?

I have changed this on my CV 3 times as employers read it wrong,

    2003-2004
    2003-2003
    1995-2003

    1995-2003
    2003-2003
    2003-2004

Whichever way i put it the next person who reads gets it wrong  really i have changed it a few times and 1st thing i hear is "oh you worked there last month ) ehh no it was 8 years ago.

I can't see any problem with the way you have yours but I put mine in order of most recent first. The way I write it is like so,

    Job 1 - 2004
    ..blurb..

    Job 2 - 2003
    ..blurb..

    Job 3 - 2001
    ..blurb..

I put the year in as the year I finished working with the company unless it was a long placement. Then I'd put something like

    Job 4 - 1995 up to 2001

Honestly, if the person can't read that right then they shouldn't be giving interviews.

I've always put exact dates, cos I've had 3 different job in a year once.
    Mar 2004 - Present
    Nov - Mar 2003
    Oct - Nov 2003
    Jan 2001 - Oct 2003

    etc
