paypal confirmed address?

    Hi!

    I have 2 addresses on my paypal account, shipping, billing regged with cc company

    under one of the addresses - my billing address, it says (Credit Card)

    does that mean that, that address is confirmed?

    Addresses outside US and Canada cannot be confirmed.
