    i stopped subscribing to sky recently but i was still able to receive bbc1 bbc2 and other free channels on sky but now i cant receive them or any free channels on sky i think they blocked them on me does anyone know if theyre allowed to do this or how to stop them doing it

    sky cant block them

    possible that the dish is misalligned or there is a problem with your lnb or digibox. does the epg load fine?

    The epg loads, but there is no scheduling information on any of the channels. The signal is fine, from checking it in the signal strength menu. Maybe its that the sky card has expired?

    Whats an lnb?

    the lnb is that little box thing on the dish with the cable coming from it

    the sky card would have no effect on FTA channels

    the freeview channels bbc3 & 4 only air after 9 or 10pm on sky and there is only the programme that is on and after displays sypnopys

    CBBC & CBeebies are really the same channels as
    BBC3 & BBC4.
    The change is about 7pm.

    So there is no schedule information for BBC3 and BBC4 during the day and none for CBBC/CBeebies durning night.
